A Proclamation FOR the unification of the countries of Aquria-Catopolis: Aquria, and Catopolis. WHEREAS, by an act of the Parliaments of Aquria and Catopolis, passed on the twenty-fifth day of April, two thousand and twenty-five, intituled, “An act for the unification of the countries of Aquria-Catopolis: Aquria, and Catopolis; and for purposes connected therewith,” in section two enacts that, “It shall be lawful for the Prime Ministers of the countries of Aquria, and of Catopolis, to declare by proclamation, that on and after the day therein appointed, not being more than 1 month after the passing of this act, the countries of Aquria-Catopolis: Aquria, and Catopolis shall form and be one dominion under the name of the United Republics of Aquria-Catopolis; and on and after that day those two countries shall form and be one dominion under that name accordingly.” We, therefore, have thought it fit to issue this our Official Proclamation and we do ordain, declare, and command that on and after the twenty-fifth day of April, two thousand and twenty-five, the countries of Aquria, and Catopolis, shall form and be one dominion, under the name of the UNITED REPUBLICS OF AQURIA-CATOPOLIS.

A Proclamation FOR the preservation of democratic values and systems, and for the unification of the national district of Aquria and the national district of Catopolis. WHEREAS, by an act of the Parliaments of the United Republics of Aquria-Catopolis, passed on the twenty-fifth day of July, two thousand and twenty-five, intituled, “An act for the preservation of democratic values and system; and the implementation of Aquria into Catopolis; and for purposes connected therewith,” in section two enacts that, “It shall be lawful for the Prime Minister of the national district of Aquria, and Prime Minister of the national district of Catopolis to declare by proclamation, that on and after the day therein appointed, not being more than 1 month after the passing of this act, the national district of Aquria shall become and be a province of Catopolis, thereby forming one country; and on and after that day, that country shall be under the name of Aquria-Catopolis, thereby abolishing the United Republics of Aquria-Catopolis.” We, therefore, have thought it fit to issue this our Official Proclamation, and we do ordain, declare, and command that on and after the twenty-fifth day of July, two thousand and twenty-five, the national district of Aquria shall become a province of the national district of Catopolis, which shall form and be one country, and that country shall be under the name of AQURIA-CATOPOLIS.

A Proclamation FOR the relinquishing of Aquria-Catopolis’ claim of the Pawsland territory and the Felinea territory in Antarctica. WHEREAS the Pawsland and Felinea territories have no permanent population and cannot be legitimately claimed by Aquria-Catopolis as part of Aquria-Catopolis; WHEREAS the Pawsland and Felinea territories are not beneficial to Aquria-Catopolis; WHEREAS the claim of the Pawsland and Felinea territories may in the future result in disputes regarding the Antarctic Treaty and other nations' claims; AND WHEREAS Parliament has thought it fit to, due to the above reasons, relinquish the claim of the Pawsland and Felinea territories. We, therefore, have thought it fit to issue this our Official Proclamation, and we do ordain, declare, and command that on and after the thirteenth day of August, two thousand and twenty-five, the claim on the territory of Pawsland shall be relinquished, and the Constitution Act, 2025 shall be amended to reflect this.

A Proclamation FOR the declaration of a national holiday to be known as Unification Day WHEREAS, by an act of the Parliaments of the United Republics of Aquria-Catopolis, passed on the twenty-fifth day of July, two thousand and twenty-five, united and formed the country of Aquria-Catopolis; AND WHEREAS it is in the interest of Aquria-Catopolis that that day be officially adopted as a national holiday; AND WHEREAS such a holiday would commemorate and celebrate the creation of Aquria-Catopolis, the unification of Aquria and Catopolis, and the identities of Aquria and Catopolis: WE, THEREFORE, have thought it fit to issue this our Official Proclamation, and we do ordain, declare, and command that on and after the sixth day of September, two thousand and twenty-five, the twenty-fifth day of July of every subsequent year shall be a national holiday called Unification Day.

A Proclamation On the soupness of cereal. WHEREAS on the first day of April two thousand twenty-six, Parliament was in agreement as to the definition of 'soup,' that being 'a primarily liquid food made by combining meat, vegetables or other ingredients with stock, milk, or water'; AND WHEREAS cereal with milk fits the above definition, in that it is primarily liquid, and is made by combining cereal with milk. We, therefore, issue this Proclamation, and we do declare that cereal, with milk, shall be defined as a type of soup, and in all laws, statutory instruments and other enactments of Parliament and decisions of the Government of Aquria-Catopolis, this shall be reflected.
