An Act for the dissociation of Aquria-Catopolis with illegitimate and hostile

powers.

Whereas the Parliament of Aquria-Catopolis has expressed discontent with allies

which are illegitimate and hostile;

Whereas it is in the best interests of Aquria-Catopolis to dissociate with such

powers;

And whereas such powers and Aquria-Catopolis may continue to operate

peacefully.

I. PRELIMINARY

Short Title

1 This act may be cited as the Dissociation With Illegitimate and Hostile Powers

Act.

Definitions of Terms to be Used in this Act

2 Unless it is otherwise expressed or implied:

(a) The name “Godzilla Aeronautics and Space Administrations” shall

refer to that entity;

(b) The name “Flying Car Country” shall refer to the Republic of Flying

Car Country;

(c) The name “Pantheria” shall refer to the Pantherian Empire.

II. SEPARATIONAL ACTS

Godzilla Aeronautics and Space Administrations

Reason for Dissociation

3 The government of the Godzilla Aeronautics and Space Administrations has

participated in many actions which render it illegitimate and hostile:

(a) The claiming of international territory protected by the Treaty on

Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of

Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies;

(b) The aggression towards other powers and entities;

(c) The falsehoods reinforced by the government of the Godzilla

Aeronautics and Space Administrations, including but not limited to

(i) the technology and power of the Godzilla Aeronautics and Space

Administrations, and

(ii) the population and other metrics such as Gross Domestic Product;

(d) The illegitimate and outrageous claims of territory;

(e) The violation of international law;

(f) The extremely unprofessional actions of the government; and,

(g) Various other actions deemed unacceptable.

Result

4 (1) The alliance between the Godzilla Aeronautics and Space Administrations

and Aquria-Catopolis will be abolished.

(2) Aquria-Catopolis will no longer participate in any form of diplomacy with the

Godzilla Aeronautics and Space Administrations.

Flying Car Country

Reason for Dissociation

5 The government of Flying Car Country has participated in many actions which

render it illegitimate and hostile:

(a) The claiming of international territory protected by the Treaty on

Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of

Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies;

(b) The aggression towards other powers and entities;

(c) The falsehoods reinforced by the government of the Godzilla

Aeronautics and Space Administrations, including but not limited to

Administrations, and

6 (1) The alliance between Flying Car Country and Aquria-Catopolis will be

Pantheria

Reason for Dissociation

7 The government of Pantheria has participated in many actions which render it

illegitimate and hostile:

(a) The claiming of international territory protected by the Treaty on

Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of

Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies;

(b) The aggression towards other powers and entities;

(c) The falsehoods reinforced by the government of the Godzilla

Aeronautics and Space Administrations, including but not limited to

(i) the technology and power of the Godzilla Aeronautics and Space

Administrations, and

(ii) the population and other metrics such as Gross Domestic Product;

(d) The illegitimate and outrageous claims of territory;
