Aquria-Catopolis Flags Act
An Act to outline the national flags of Aquria-Catopolis.
(28th of July 2025)
Whereas there are several different flags representing the identity of
Aquria-Catopolis;
And whereas it is expedient that such flags be specified and recognised in legal text:
I. PRELIMINARY
Short title
1 This act may be cited as the Aquria-Catopolis Flags Act.
II. Flag of Aquria-Catopolis
Name of Flag
3 The flag specified in this division shall be known as the Flag of Aquria-Catopolis.
Dimensions of the Flag of Aquria-Catopolis
4 The Flag of Aquria-Catopolis shall be rectangular, with proportions of three units in
height to five units in width.
Back Side of the Flag of Aquria-Catopolis
5 The back side of the Flag of Aquria-Catopolis shall be the same as the front.
Background of the Flag of Aquria-Catopolis
6 (1) The field of the Flag of Aquria-Catopolis shall be diagonally divided from the
upper left-side corner to the lower right-side corner by a white diagonal band of
uniform width measuring approximately one-sixth of the flag’s height.
(2) The upper triangle shall be coloured burgundy, specifically of hexadecimal code
#AD000F or similar.
(3) The lower triangle shall be coloured navy blue, specifically of hexadecimal code
#00266D or similar.

7 To be centred on the Flag of Aquria-Catopolis, on top of the specified design in
subsections 6(1) to (3), shall be a gold five-pointed star of hexadecimal code #F1C235
or similar, with one point pointing directly towards the top of the flag, with a vertical
height of approximately two-thirds of the flag’s height.
Additional Stars on the Flag of Aquria-Catopolis
8 Two smaller five-pointed white-coloured stars shall be placed, with one point
pointing directly towards the top edge of the flag, on the Flag of Aquria-Catopolis:
(a) One of such stars shall be placed within the burgundy triangle specified in
subsection 6(2), approximately one-tenth of the flag’s width separating it from
the top edge, and one-tenth of the flag’s width separating it from the right edge;
and
(b) The other of such stars shall be placed within the navy blue triangle specified in
subsection 6(3), approximately one-tenth of the flag’s width separating it from
the bottom edge, and one-tenth of the flag’s width separating it from the left
edge.
III. Flag of Catopolis
Name of Flag
9 The flag specified in this division shall be known as the Flag of Catopolis.
Dimensions of the Flag of Catopolis
10 The dimensions of the Flag of Catopolis shall be rectangular, with proportions of
nine units in height to seventeen units in width.
Back Side of the Flag of Catopolis
11 The back side of the Flag of Catopolis shall be the same as the front.
Background of the Flag of Catopolis
12 (1) The field of the Flag of Catopolis shall be diagonally divided from the upper
left-side corner to the lower right-side corner by a diagonal band of uniform width
measuring approximately two-point-seventy-five of the units specified in section 10,
and such diagonal band shall be split in half on the same angle as the diagonal band,
where the lower-left half shall be black in colour, and where the upper-right half shall
be white in colour.
(2) The upper-right triangle shall be coloured green, specifically of hexadecimal code
#03B05F or similar.
(3) The lower-left triangle shall be coloured blue, specifically of hexadecimal code
#000FEF or similar.

13 To be centred on the Flag of Catopolis, on top of the specified design in
subsections 12(1) to (3), shall be a gold five-pointed star of hexadecimal code
#FDD600 or similar, with one point pointing directly towards the top of the flag, with
a vertical height of approximately two-thirds of the flag’s height.
IV. Flag of Aquria
Name of Flag
14 The flag specified in this division shall be known as the Flag of Aquria.
Dimensions of the Flag of Aquria
15 The dimensions of the Flag of Aquria shall be rectangular, with proportions of nine
units in height to sixteen units in width.
Back Side of the Flag of Aquria
16 The back side of the Flag of Aquria shall be the same as the front.
Background and Colours of the Flag of Aquria
17 (1) The field of the Flag of Aquria shall be diagonally divided from the upper
right-side corner to the lower left-side corner by a white diagonal band of uniform
width measuring approximately three-tenths of the flag’s height.
(2) Both the upper and lower triangles shall be coloured blue, specifically of
hexadecimal code #2A087F or similar.
Central Emblem on the Flag of Aquria
18 To be one-tenth from the bottom and centred horizontally on the Flag of Aquria, on
top of the specified design in subsections 17(1) to (2), shall be the Crow’s Emblem,
which shall consist of a white-coloured centred illustration of a crow, facing to the
left, a background of blue, specifically of hexadecimal code #2A087F or similar, and
shall be surrounded by three separated concentric rings, each separated by a blue area:
(a) The inner ring shall be white in colour, specifically of hexadecimal code
#FFFFFF or similar;
(b) The middle ring shall be red in colour, specifically of hexadecimal code
#9A014B or similar; and
(c) The outer ring shall be red in colour, specifically of hexadecimal code
#9A014B or similar.
V. Miscellaneous
Other Flags
19 Should other flags arise which represent Aquria-Catopolis, it is expedient that this
act be amended to include such flags.
