Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs handles Aqurio-Catopalian foreign affairs, such as trade.
Aquria-Catopolis has not engaged in relations with other countries, on account of their non-recognition of Aquria-Catopolis.
As Aquria-Catopolis is a micronation, foreign affairs are almost 100% inter-micronational. There are some relations with other micronations, but they are not very strong; there has been but some informal information and some 'alliances,' which is akin to saying 'this micronation has been kind to us, and we'd like to return the gesture.'
Aquria-Catopolis is a member of the United Micronations of Scratch (UMNS), an organisation for informal micronational interactions. Most micronations in this group are much less reasonable/logical than Aquria-Catopolis.
We are also a member of the Mega Ensemble of Micronations (MEM), which is much like the UMNS, but there is much less activity; Aquria-Catopolis has been the only recent contributor. There are some motions to leave the MEM.
Aquria-Catopolis is the founding member of the Inter-Micronational Union (IMU), which is dedicated to legitimate micronations and formal talks. It acts like the UN, but there are very few members, and most are not active.
Ministry of Defence
The Ministry of Defence handles Aqurio-Catopalian defence affairs. It has boats (kayaks, canoes, and a sea-doo), a plane and other things.
Aquria-Catopolis has never been through any wars, and as such, the Ministry has not been very active.

Ministry of Transportation
The Ministry of Transportation handles Aqurio-Catopalian transportation affairs, such as transport and vehicles.
Ministry of Digital Services
The Ministry of Digital Services manages the Aqurio-Catopalian digital presence, such as websites like this one.
It manages this website (and other translations), the ACATS website, the ACOA website, and the 'kalama musi' website (exclusively in toki pona).
It also runs the Catopolis Government YouTube channel.
Ministry of Agriculture
The Ministry of Agriculture manages Aqurio-Catopalian agricultural affairs, such as farming.
In the province of Meowton, farming is a major industry. It produces wheat, alfalfa, among other products. There is also some agriculture in the other provinces.
Ministry of Passports, Immigration and Citizenship
The Ministry of Passports, Immigration and Citizenship is responsible for the issuing of passports, citizenship applications, and more.
It has created the citizenship application, the passports, and has issued a few to some citizens who requested them.
It also manages the Aqurio-Catopolis Identity Card.
Ministry of Environmental Protection
The Ministry of Environmental Protection is responsible for protecting the environment.
In Whiskerhaven, the Ministry is currently looking into solar power to be installed in all government buildings.
Ministry of Citizenship Recruitment
The Ministry of Citizenship Recruitment is responsible for recruiting new people to become citizens of Aquria-Catopolis.
Its efforts have been widely well-received, with almost all people asked to join agreeing.
As such, the citizenship of Aquria-Catopolis has grown much.
