Union With Aquria

Today, a new Constitution was adopted by Parliament.
Among other things, it establishes the Union with Aquria.
Officially, de jure, Aquria became a province of Catopolis, the United Republics of Aquria-Catopolis (URAC) was dissolved, and Catopolis was renamed to Aquria-Catopolis.
Not confusing at all.
Other than removing the previous dual Aqurian and Catopalian Parliaments under the URAC Constitution, and the abolition of the Aqurian districts, nothing was changed.
