CATA, or the Catopolis Administration for Technology and Aeronautics, conducts all Catopalian research on aeronautics (e.g., spaceflight, fight, etc.) and technology.

Before 14 December 2024, CATA was named NACA (the National Administration of Catopolis for Aeronautics). It has since been renamed. Older media displays this old name.
