Le 14 août, le Parlement a décidé « oui » de renoncer aux revendications territoriales antarctiques de l'Aquria-Catopolis à cause du Traité sur l'Antarctique et les autres revendications territoriales d'autres pays.

Le Traité sur l'Antarctique dit qu'un pays ne peut jamais revendiquer de l'Antarctique. (Ceux qui ont déjà revendiqué de l'Antarctique sont exceptés.) Par cette décision, l'Aquria-Catopolis montre la volonté de respecter le droit international.

La Proclamation

Que les revendications territoriales ont été renoncées ont été déclarées par une proclamation:

« Une Proclamation

POUR le renoncement des revendications territoriales de l'Aquria-Catopolis sur les territoires Pawsland et Felinea à l'Antarctique.

ATTENDU QUE les territoires Pawsland et Felinea n'ont pas d'habitants et qu'ils ne peuvent pas être revendiquer légitimement par l'Aquria-Catopolis;

ATTENDU QUE les territoires Pawsland et Felinea ne sont pas bénéfiques pour l'Aquria-Catopolis;

ATTENDU QUE les revendications territoriales sur les territoires Pawsland et Felinea peuvent entraîner les conflits territoriaux et les conflits du Traité sur l'Antarctique;

ET ATTENDU QUE le Parlement a décidé de renoncer les revendications territoriales des territoires Pawsland et Felinea.

Par conséquent, nous avons délivré ceci, notre Proclamation Officielle. Nous ordonnons, déclarons et commandons que, à et après la treizième jour d'août deux-mill-vingt-cinq, les revendications territoriales des territoires Pawsland et Felinea vont être renoncées et les Lois Constitutionnelles vont être amendées. »

"A Proclamation

FOR the relinquishing of Aquria-Catopolis’ claim of the Pawsland territory and the Felinea territory in Antarctica.

WHEREAS the Pawsland and Felinea territories have no permanent population and cannot be legitimately claimed by Aquria-Catopolis as part of Aquria-Catopolis;

WHEREAS the Pawsland and Felinea territories are not beneficial to Aquria-Catopolis;

WHEREAS the claim of the Pawsland and Felinea territories may in the future result in disputes regarding the Antarctic Treaty and other nations' claims;

AND WHEREAS Parliament has thought it fit to, due to the above reasons, relinquish the claim of the Pawsland and Felinea territories.

We, therefore, have thought it fit to issue this our Official Proclamation, and we do ordain, declare, and command that on and after the thirteenth day of August, two thousand and twenty-five, the claim on the territory of Pawsland shall be relinquished, and the Constitution Act, 2025 shall be amended to reflect this."

L'Amendement Constitutionnel

Après, le 17 août, le Parlement a unanimement approuvé un Amendement Constitutionnel qui a éliminé les provinces Pawsland et Felinea. Par conséquent, l'Aquria-Catopolis a maintenant cinq provinces au lieu de sept.
